I got this idea from my oldest sister Laurie, so I can't take full credit. In all the MANY places we've lived, we've usually had an obvious place to hang our Christmas stockings (knit by my amazing grandma "Pete"). Well, our new house has some complications that necessitated me making this... 
...not bad for a budget of $0!

We've only had a chimney in one place that we lived in. I bought a Silver Santa saying with hooks. Problem solved. The kids are always stressed though that we don't have a chimney. Santa never fails them though:) Very cute by the way!
Very cute. We haven't had a place to hang them in most of our houses, I have something similar only a santa claus
